The procedure is the same as above only that there is additional form to be completed together with the KYC. The Box is given to the customer with the Branch identification sticker and Number. The key is with the Bank and is opened monthly the minimum balance is a box should be not less than GHC200.00

Where there is not deposit in the Box for 3 consecutive times, the Box should be retrieved. Anytime the money is counted, receipt should be issued to the customer and entries made in the Susu Money Box Passbooks.
The passbook is always kept in the Box to avoid frequent withdrawals.
